i believe this whole issue has really got out of hand. first of all, rosie o'donnell is a stand up comedian, and her comments toward anyone should be considered humor. she did however have some very good points about donald trump and his choice on the miss america title. i heard that ever since this started, the view ratings have gone up and the apprentice ratings have fallen. maybe donald trump is just trying to get more publicity. what do you think?

As I understand it, both Rosie and Donald are highly intelligent, very perceptive people. Therefore, if their allegations against one another are not mutually exclusive logically, I would favor the position that both are probably right about the other.
To put it simply, "It takes one to know one!".

Maybe I haven't been paying attention, or mayeb this case hasn't been discussed outside the US, but I've never heard about it... What is it all about?

so sorry, i should have explained the situation. donald trump owns the miss america pageant, and the gal that won the title got caught partying and drinking and there was a big issue on whether she could keep her crown. donald went on tv and made the decision that yes, she could keep her crown. i guess rosie o'donnell took that current news issue, and talked about it on her show, the view. she said that donald had no morals, and he's cheated twice on his wives, and then made a comment about his hair. donald trump does have unusual hair, like a huge "comb-over", and he was obviously offended by the hair comment, so he went on the air to say that rosie was fat. and so the story continues into it's second week. back and forth, back and forth.

My thoughts are: Who gives a damn? Why is there so much coverage of this? It just adds to whatever petty insignficant trivial argument the two had. Who cares?! Both of them are washed up, uninteresting characters anyways.

i think some people would be lost, including myself if there were no local or national news. if there weren't incidents like this, what would the news talk about. sometimes it is great to hear about trivial things rather than the war everyday.
