how do you add a photo to a discussion?

anyone can add a photo to a discussion that they start. However, you have to have over 500 hundred responses in order to post a photo to a reply. There is a link under the response box that says "add photo" if I am remembering correctly.

As kellahinx told is correct. But it lacks the venom in the reply. If you want to upload photo, you have to eligible with your rank at 501 only. Otherwise the system not allowed to upload the image. So you need to get '500' as your rank adjacent to your user name. You may be guided further by pressing the button 'myLot' above.
