Well i take it every weekend and at during festival months i never miss vacations, that my best stress relieving out of mechanical life.

I do Reiki self treatment. After that I usually meditate. It really calms my nerves. Great way to relieve stress.

When I start to notice I am really stressed out, I set aside some time to reconnect with myself through meditation. Also, a nice, relaxing bath can help.
Stress is so destructive to the body that ignoring it just won't do.

When I'm stress I usually take a little breathing before i break down. I don't ignore myself when I'm stress, usually some people does that...they think they'll get over it. I treat myself to some fancy restaurant that I like, you know for once I feel like I'm important...like someone is serving me food...just sitting down there and being pampered with good food is nice. Or sometimes I treat myself to a nice concert, I get myself entertain, dance a little and sweat a lot. I don't know but for me I really find it relieving.
