Veggie or Nonveggie? which is dominant?

I am a pure "non veggie" and I would love to be so. But I have found so many friends of mine talking about the sanctity of Veg food and the non-veg side effects. I dont think it matters if you work out regularly.
Without chicken, I just cant exist for more than 1 week. Simple as that.
