problem with bro

we recently discovered that my brother is a drug addict. he has been taking illegal drugs for more than a year. we noticed changes in his behavior but we just thought it is because of puberty.. he is 16 by the way. then he started becoming violent and stopped going to school. we also learned he did not pay his tuition for some time now. what are we to do? thank you..
