My friend is not married and Pregnant!

One of my friends is 18 years old and she used to have a boyfriend. They split recently and they no more in contact with each other. She is pregnant now and her family does not know about it. Her parents are orthodox kind of people and are so sensitive that if they get to know what happened with their daughter they would commit suicide. My friend says that she doesnt want to abort the child. As a friend what should I advice her
