hw can i stop smoking?

am a chain smoker i can't control it.sometimes am feeling very bad if i try to stop am feeling like mad i couldn't control it please give me some advice to correct me?

You can use Niquitin CQ....they have helped my husband to stop smoking....stop smoking is very difficult but if you want you can...
