Is Beckham worth $250 million?

Of course he's worth it. Think of the publicity he's generated for American football already, and he hasn't even started his new job yet. Loads of female fans will be motivated to go and see the games, buy the shirts etc. I expect they'll make their $250 million back in no time, plus some profit on top!

I wouldn´t say that he is medioce although i do think that it is a ridicilous amount of money that could have been spent on much better things =)

are you kidding beckham is amazing he is one of the greatest players in the last 20 years and ya he is worth that much considering he was making about that much before but in america its all expansive and he can still play so why not pay that much
