A breakup takes out a lot out of us,and we feel gloomy and the emotions are so uncontrollable that you are not sure of what you are going to do the next moment.
What is the best way to get over a broken relationship?

yes break up are very hard to handle--emotionally.i suggest these
1.engage yourself with work.
2.remove you ex's sign from your day-to-day life.eg-gifts,letters,cards etc
3.be with your friends
4.watch comedy show.
the basic is to engage yourself.dont be idle.all the best

I am trying to do this but the thing is am not able to concentrate fully on the work.
And as far as friends are concerned ,i dont feel like going out with anyone .I want to be alone i feel. It's like i have become hyper sensitive to others.I react hyper to any condition.
Dont know what to do?

1. Cry until there's no tears running.
2. Keep yourself busy (work, go to the gym, watch tv, play games, etc.)
3. Talk to a friend, even your going to say same old stories, reasons, even if your ask the million why your friend will understand you.
4. Don't look for another relationship its not healthy and its unfair to the next partner and to yourself.
5. Don't overeat you'll gain weight.

I would say the best thing to do is go out with your friends and be completely silly and have so much fun you don't have time to think about it. Good luck we have all been through this at some time or another.

i have went thru a break up and the best way to get over it is to hang out with friends and family... start a new hobby or join a new class... this usually gives u less time to think about the break up and keeps ur mind away from it... it will hurt but time will heal everything...

this may help you out to forget ur past and also a chance for a brand new start.

Break is the worst thing of a relationship which unfortunately isn't entirely in our hands to control . Eo cope up with break-up is by finding someone far better than one you have just broke up. Do not hate the person you have broken up with because the more you hate is the more you miss and the more you love . Find someone BETTER . And trust me just have an broader point of view and you'll succeed.

Taking a hot bath makes me feel better just after the breakup. And eating a lot of what I like for the latter hours. But for the rest of the time, moving on and thinking that whatever happens, happens for the good. And what happened happened for it could not have happened in any other way.
I am not very helpful, I guess.
