I love her. How should I tell her. Anybody with the same experience?

unless you can find a reason not to let her know (other than the possibility of her not feeling the way you do), go for it!

sorry... I misread the question. it wasn't if, but how. my answer: ask her out, have a nice time with her and towards the end of the date let her know how special she is to you, and that you'd like to spend more time with her because of the way you feel
