What do you think about African culture?

Is going to take a whole day for me to tell all about African, Actually I am from Nigeria, and from the Northern part of the country. But let me tell you some surprising things that happens here, Nigeria is a member of the oil producing country and we have the crude oil but they have to export the crude to other countries refine it and bring back to Nigeria and sale it at high price!!! don't you think that is crazy, and we have about 6 refineries non is functioning. we have about 250 dialects.. they said we are the giants of Africa but we can not get power supply for 24hrs. These are some of the few things I am really disappointed at in my country. but when we talk about the culture just as you can see we have 250 dialects which means different culture and traditions.
