Feeding the fitness frenzy, of course, is the media, flooded with enticing images of sculpted bodies. These aspirational images create a hope that a fab bod can enhance one's social equity- think matrimonials, think P3, think orkut ! The accent on health, however,is conspicuous by its absence. Swithch on the idiot box and you're swamped by messages about exercise equipment and diet pills.
Can you follow those assorted flairs for GYMs like home walkers, sunday diets and zero-fat eats ?

yeah1! its a proverb and it will remains the same, no one can change it and its a universal truth. in some cases like suppose, if i'm a healthy person and i have no enough money to fulfil my daily requirements, is it possible to say health is wealth?

i could you earn more money if your health is at risk!?...The money you gain will be useless!...Health should come first before the wealth!...We can find welath anywhere but the health is rare to find!...If your health is at risk, your also risking your lives!...And everything follows!...lolz

You are right but think of it, we earn only few dollars in mylot, sittin' in front of the desktop for many hours which can be harmful to our eye. For the treatment of eye, it will cost more than we earn in mylot. So what's the benifit.
thanx
