The Best TV Tuner

I recently bought a Tv Tuner Leadtek TV2000XP expert. so far it works very good but it buzzez a little bit on audio. I tested an ASUS p7131 i liked the sound on that one crystal clear cause it is streamed directly on the PCI port. Anyway wich one do you think is better?
