i want to start a subscription site aimed at women in n. ireland (or anywhere in the world for that matter) what kind of subject(s) could i start with to get an interest.

I think women likes fashion, cosmetics, beauty products more. If you start on these subjects, you can get more traffic to your website. Goodluck.
