Replying to interests make more money than randomly replying to discussions?

I was just wondering if anyone knows or could answer me this. I am new to this site and just learning how things work. Is there more of a payout for replying to discussions under your interests than just going to the discussion board and replying to random ones? Also does it help to rate? I always do, or at least try to.
Just wondering if anyone knew how this worked! Thankyou!

I don't believe that you get paid more for replying to discussions related to your interests. It would be nice if we did *laugh* But I don't think so. On the other hand, Mylot will not ever reveal to us the exact algorhythm that they use to figure out our earnings with, so it is as much of a mystery to me as it is to you. There are all kinds of factors that are involved in how much we earn, and I only understand a small part of that, mainly that the longer and more quality you put into your posts the more you are likely to get paid! ^_^
It helps us all to earn if you rate, yes. The higher your rating I really do believe the more you get paid.

I am pretty new here as well so I am not sure if you get paid more for replying to your interests. I sort of figured it's good to have that list of interests to go to when you feel like reading and replying..You would find more topics your are interested in..
Smae thing with posting..You'd want to post a thread about cars under cars because more people interested in that type of post would look there...
Hopefully someone else can answer about the pay stucture of it all...
As far as rating..I don't think you get paid for that, but I do rate as well..It helps me keep track of the replies I have read..
