The EX WIFE

My husbands ex wife isn't following their divorce decree. She is supposed to be paying on the house that she "won" in the divorce (which is in his name) now the house is in foreclosure! And my husbands credit is getting worse every day. What can we do to make her pay?

i think the only thing you can do is to drag her to court and sign the house and the credits over to her so that she can ruin her own life instead of yours, if she is not willing for this, then maybe kick her out and sell the house or movie in yourself. Unless there are kids involved ofcourse.
