Do you use it?
I use it everyday to go to school and it's the better means of transport for me.
I can arrive there only 20min after leaving home and there are not troubles like traffic jam per example.
These week there were two days which the subway workers were on strike so I had to go to school by bus and it took me about 1h-1h20m to make the same route I usually do everyday in a quarter of that time.
What about you?

Where I live, there is no public transportation of any kind. But a long time ago, I lived in New York in USA. I was on it daily for school and work. I hated it. It was crowded and smelly and so many perverts. I am glad not to ever go on one again.

Yupe, it's quite true that the New York subway's not really fun to be in. Unfortunately, that was the only mean transport I used when I was in NY. As everybody knows it's very convenient.
The condition of Europe's subway or metro is not the same as the NY subway nor the Melbourne citilink, I guess.
I've never been to Portugal, I don't know much about the metro there. In the UK, the tube/ underground is alright. In Japan, the yamanote or the subway is also okay, but always crowded (almost like in NY) and much cleaner than in NY.

Its cool, I liked it ;-)
I remember there is one station with a hige rabbit on the wall hehehe
I love metro
I am from Moscow, there metro is the biggest and I guess the prettiest in the world, but nowadays it's getting very crowded, so much so, that there are traffic jams full of people at a rush hour
