What is bluetooth?

bluetooth is basically a wireless network used for making two devices to communicate with each other using some protocols(set of rules.)It cann be used for communication between a mobile and a computer using bluetooth devices for transfering video, pictures and music over that wireless network. There are bluetooth keyboards,mouse etc.

It's a way of communicating wirelessly. Its a singal sent from one bluetooth enabled device to another, it can be used to carry data or pictures or music. Most commonly it's used in mobile phones, I send pictures I have on my phone to my friends by Bluetooth usually because it's so expensive to sms them. However, abit like infrared you have to me next to the personin order to pick up their Bluetooth. You can password protect your device so that random people can't send you random files :) I hope this was useful

Well, it's technology of connecting to devices using wireless interface. I have used bluetooth mainly to transfer files from my cellphone to my laptop and vice versa. It's very easy to use and no wire is used. Now-a-days, many devices come with this feature just to unclutter your place from messy wires to connect devices together...Hope explanation helps..
