based on what i heard from my father's doctor, Kidney failures are caused by eating fatty foods, drinking alcohol, staying late at nite,(party); basically abusing your body, upon hearing those root cause i told to myself am not going into the path that my dad choose to..
when and how do you want to enjoy life, at the early stage of your life or at the later stage of your life. (a broad question)?
Since this is my first discussion in Mylot, am hoping that i got the right thing.
Have a nice day!!

I do not believe abusing your body is ever good, everyone has there bad habits they pick up, they have to deal with to try to improve their health eventually...
I think it is better to try to stay fit as best as you can and enjoy both your younger and older years, but no matter what when we grow up something is going to give out and fail somewhere, the human body becomes worn out.
I hope this helps someone out there remain healthy and strong. Take care - DNaturefDTrain"
