drivers problem for computer genius

hi everyone, listen recently i purchased this webcam and installed its driver the whole installation went fine but when i switched it on everything turns fine like the indicator light on the webcam is turned on only it doesnt displays any picture and somebody knows anything about this "SD7714C004711884" DEVICE which has just popped up in my "Device Manager" in the "Other Devices" section just after i installed my webcam driver please tell me how to deal with this problem and believe me you dont have to be a real computer genius to post your reply :)
