Hi again, i have this one problem with my dvd-rom lately it was working fine but then the other day i had to format my hard drive because of some virus problems I installed the windows and all of my drivers but the problem with my dvd-rom is that when i press the open tray button it does not responds it so occurs that the indicator light on the drive just flashes for two seconds and then stops and the tray wont open and then this irritating noise start coming from it and it wont stop untill u turn off the pc and one more question that when i was installing its driver it said that it cannot locate this file "MSCDEX.EXE" please tell me what is this and how to solve this problem all suggestions are welcomed
