How was your tongue piercing experience? Were you nervous before? Did it hurt at all? Before I got mine done, I was very nervous. I had wanted to do it for a long time but I was still scared. As my tongue was being disinfected, my nerves were started to calm down. The piercer put the clamps on and told me to breath in and out three times. On the third breath, he stuck the needle in. It only felt like a big pinch. Just as I thought everything was over, the piercer started to freak out and he called his co-worker into the room. I started to freak out in my head and I almost fainted while they were trying to figure out what was wrong. I later found out that the needle was supposed to be 12g but it was 14g instead and he couldn't slide the barbell into the needle and that is why he started to freak out. After I laid down for a minute, I felt much better. I went out and got a cup of ice and my tongue felt all better about a week later.
