What do you call a dog that talks

I have an asasian dog. Golden brown in colour. He had learnt a lot of new tricks including kissing girls only and shaking hands with men. But the one that worries me is that he talks in his own unic ways. If Hungry, He goes to his house and brings out his plate right to where i am standing. If he needs water he will go and lick his water bowl once he sees you the owner. If he is happy he gives you a hog and a bite on your shoe this is only 10% of his communication styles. please help me give him another name.
