What kind of music to you perfer

I like a little bit of everything. (Well, not everything literally.. but a lot of genres *laugh*) I love oldies like from the 60's, swing music, pop music, country, progressive rock from the 70's... I can't tell you how many types of music I've listened to in my life *laugh* My favorite are probably Broadway musicals, though. I just love the passion and the drama and the intensity of that sort of thing. Theatrical rock like Meatloaf is good too, though I'm not really into his music personally.

I listen to almost everything, except (c)rap. Have no use for "songs" where the lyrics consist being abusive to females and killing police. My favorite styles are broadway musicals (Les Mis, Phantom) light opera, classical, the oldies and country. I like to play classical or show tunes for the grandkids when I put them to bed. Used to be a screamfest at bed time, but the music seems to calm them down.

We listen to Contempory Christian most of the time. When we are not listening to that we listen to Country. My husband also enjoys oldies but I don't really care for them. That's pretty much all my dad would allow on car trips so I kinda got burnt out!

I enjoy some classical and light opera. I also like country music, but my favourite is the 1960's. Nobody in my family except my husband likes the music from this era so I only play it when I have the house to myself or when I am driving. However, if I play it on the piano, they all seem to like it.

I have a wide spread taste in music. I love pop music, stuff you can dance to. But I love some Country too. I love instrumental like Kenny G. I really love most types. Music to me just brings out the best in people. Whether you are driving in the car or cleaning the house I think peoples spirits are lifted when they hear good music.

Th kind of music depends of the situation where i am,if with friends more electrical,with girlfriend more calm,etc...

I like a wide variety of music.. Hip hop, some rap, soft rock, oldies but goodies, classical, but i am not a big fan of country.. there are some that are good like Keith urban but only certain songs.. And i like George strait he is good to.. if i listen to country i like the old school country with dolly parton, charlie pride, the judds.. i don't really care for the new country music.. sounds more like pop.. then country..

i like jazz

I like rock, mostly alternative and goth stuff from the 80's and 90's. I also enjoy classical music. I don't really listen to a lot of new music unless it's a band I've been listening to for a long time, like U2, Depeche Mode, or R.E.M.
