How can I improve my speaking skills in English?

I want to be fluent in spoken English, What should I do?
I want to talk about topics like shopping, internet, weight loss, countries, monuments, etc. Can you help?

The best way to talk English is to talk a lot you can get a book and read it loud while you are recording it on a tape then listen to yourself day after day you'll improve and try also to listen to English in movies without subtitles so that you can hear the pronounce of the words.

I would suggest you mingle with people that speak english around you , never be embarrassed to mispronouce or make mistakes.
