Tattoo's on Preachers

I have recently encountered some people that have problems with preachers have tattoo's can anyone tell what the big deal with this is? I have nothing against tattoo's i have 2 myself and have no problem with anyone else having them i just don't understand why people have a problem with a preacher having one.

That would depend if he got it before he became a preacher or after. To many the human body is a holy, a gift from God and not something that should be defiled.

Yes i have been told this before most that i know that have the tattoo's was before they were preachers. Wouldn't priecings be considered the same way on women?

Why should a preacher not get a tattoo. I assume it is a tasteful one. I couldn't imagine the he would display one of a volumptuous woman or anything of that sort.

most that i have seen on preachers have been of crosses or something religious everyone i have ever seen has been very nicely done
