but still it effects everyone even when u r in ur home say like too hot climate may cause a stress in u

The extremes in weather can affect us, i.e. if it is too hot or too cold then it is hard to get motivated. For some people, dull rainy days can have the same affect whereas I like rain. That might come from living in Australia where water is a precious commodity and in the country we never seem to have enough of it. LOL
