I am an American Soldier. At the moment I am in Iraq. I do not know the reason we are here, but we are here doing what is asked of us. There are some people who support us and those who don't. Which one are you? And why?

I know no one that does not support our troops, if that helps.
I do know however, plenty that thinks this whole crock President Bush has started needs to end. We don't like our sons, brothers, lovers and fathers over their for so long with out a reason for it.
We want it to end, we want our loved ones home and we want a new President.
BTW-Strange you have the time to post on here. My brother has hardly the time nor energy to even write home. You must be lucky. Take care

We always have our gratitude and good will towards you as you are a soldier and you are just doing your job for the citizens of America. The people who oppoose the American govt decisions are not against its people or the soldiers who undergo a tough job in Iraq.
You people are doing a good job there and we appreciate that. Good luck for you and your family and may god bless you.
But there are some soldiers who take advantage of the situation in iraq and harass the local people and prisoners there, we dont support that.

As a military wife whose husband is on his way across the Atlantic to the Persian Gulf, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. It is so frustrating that people don't give the military the credit of choosing to be where they are, doing what they are doing. Keep up the good work.
