shewag drop is it right

in indian team there is always a poin that they take players on the top when they are in good form give more benifits and allow to play longer even when they don't perform well. now as a change shewag has been droped from team what would be pros and cons of this act?

well its really good step taken by bcci..but should not be dropped from the world cup squad..

So long as the media does not make much of it it is no problem.Secondly the payers should be paid only according to performance and also with anotice that performance below certain levels will entail dropping from the team till they regain their form

i think this the first time the indian team selector has taken the correct decision by dropping Sehwag.
