Well first of all in order for you to use paypal with ebay you need to be verified and they only way to do that is with a card number. An address is one of the ways you can have the seller verify your account. You can also email the seller your address. Eaby is very easy to use... all you do it bid on the things and win them... you pay and they send it to you. The things on there are real but you need ot watch out for the feedback of the seller. If there is more neg feedback then do not buy from that person! It is very safe just never fall for the paypal emails... watch out for them. Good luck!

1. If you don't give them an address/telephone number PP won't verify you.
2. If you buy something from Ebay, it depends on where you are buying it from, if its from within the US it will usually be sent via USPS, however you can make arrangements to ship other means. But if you are in a different country that however would be between you and the seller...
yes it is easy to use, but I would check their TOS - just to be sure.

well you can always upgrade your personal details with paypal. secondly you can use a debitcard instead of credit card.as for the stuff, e-bay is a secure website and ou can always be sure of its security, but you have to be sure of the sellers reputation before buying, also you could opt for the cash on delivery option available in some sales......so you can be sure of never gettin cheated

I bought stuff for years on Ebay paying by money order. Now I pay by PayPal. If you have enough money in there to buy what you want, you don't need to use your credit card.
When you buy something on Ebay, you give out your shipping address.
I find eBay very easy to use, and most things I bought were as they were stated to be. Make sure to ask questions rather than assume things though. Always ask questions to the seller to ensure you are buying what you think you are.
PayPal is pretty safe. Just don't give out your password.

I buy TONS of stuff on ebay.
It is easiest to pay for most items using paypal because both ebay and paypal are owned by the same corporation. I have yet to hae any readl problems getting what I have ordered, but I am sure that sometimes there will be problems.
YOu can try purchasing without giving the information that you failed to provide, but I have no clue if they will accept your order without it. This could leave you obligated to pay for something and either have to make alternative arrangements for payment, or you might have to cancel the order and get a bad rating from the seller.
Items are usually delivered by UPS or United States Postal Service to whatever address you tell them to deliver to. Those options are available once you make the purchase and during the verification process, you can edit or add a new delivery address.
Ebay is easy to use, unless you have no self control. It is too simple to sit and spend more money than you should because you are sitting at home ant things look really cool, lol!
Be sure to check the shipping prices before you commit to a purchase. The shipping can really nail you in the pocket. What I do is limit my purchases, for the most part, to things within tthe USA, and with free shipping. Sincet hat is not always possible, I place the item in my "watch list", so I remember what it was and such. I try to order mulitple items so that the shipping fees benefit me the most. I try to wait and save until I can order at least enough items that their total is more than the shiping fee. Often, one item's shipping fee be MORE than the price of the item.
You have to be very careful. Otherwise, I have had no problems with the safety of my personal information.

Ebay is very easy to use. The best way to pay for stuff is through paypal for one thing because they offer buyer protection. Some sellers only accept paypal. I have had an account with paypal for over a year now and am happy to report they are safe. I got the paypal account the same time that I got the ebay account. I have found several good buys on there that I could not find else where. One of the most important things to watch with ebay is the sellers feedback score. You dont want to buy from someone that has just started. Granted I know that everyone must start somewhere, but I always buy from someone that has a good feedback score and I always look over the feedback comments if there number is low. I have not had a bad thing yet (knock on wood) that I have bought on ebay. Ebay if you know nothing about is not something to just fool around with. But if you are serious about getting involved with it it can be very rewarding and be fun. I hope that this helps.

I use ebay and what u need to do is go to ur paypal and put ur address under u profile that u have created. thats how the ebay seller will know where to send ur item that u bought from them and yes the things on ebay are available in how its told to be. its safe to use both ebay and paypal if u have a foolproof password that only u know about. u don't have to give out a lot of personal information. all u need to do is list ur email, address, and some other things that is required. but u don't have to say where u work or give out ur phone number. none of that stuff. And last thing u don't need to give them ur credit card number unless u are trying to get a paypal debit card. thats when u are going to need to put ur credit card info there. but really u need to do what is required to get verified on paypal because if u are not verified then its going to be hard for the ebay sellers to sell anything to u.

E-bay is fun and easy. You will have to give them an address and even a cell number to be contacted for deliver (if needed). Get a post office box if you don't want to use a home address. The person mailing will need your address yes. I have bought many items from memorabilia to skin care, perfume, make up, DVD's, CD's, jewellery, books. Lots of things. I have only had one item be a fake and that was make up and she sent me two new ones that were authentic. Look at their rating and don't buy from anyone less than 97/98% feedback. Good luck!!!!!!
