What Do I Do?

I have this friend, I treated her with respect and really as a friend, but then she just used me and my money for something, and now that she has everything she needed, she acts as if she doesn't know me, worse of all, she is saying all the nasty stuff about me with my other girls. She really is getting into my nerves, should I confront her? Or should I just leave that girl and not go down her level?
