how to stop gambling???

i do not wnat the telephone.
i just wants some general advise.
i have been gambling for 7 years.
i started in horse racing first and took up the football match till now

If you've identified that you have a problem with gambling, then you've already taken the first step. Your second step should be to contact http://www.gamblersanonymous.org and use their services. I've known people who have went through gambling addiction, and this is by far the best thing you can do.
