Due to the serials, films and t.v.adds, no care from parents, children are going out of their ways in lifestyles. Hence moral education must be made compulsory in all schools to teach the good and bad.
More than the academic teachings, moral education is important because children should understand how they have to lead their life.

Are you kidding me. I'm a high school student right now. Compulsory moral education? It would just turn into a Theology class that would be considered as a joke by the students. You also have to remember that a big part of growing up is deciding what one's morals are. It would be devastating to kids to put them through this kind of a class. I'm also tired of the blame being put on the media for the problems of this generation. That is just an excuse thought of by Jack Thompson. I do agree that parent need to be more invovled though. It should be their responsibility to set a good moral behavior as something that their kids can follow.
