Since last year I have changed the job Twice. This job is not offering me good satisfaction. Is it a good thing to change job in 6 months period of time ? In my first job I stayed there for 3 years because i was getting good recognition and job satisfaction but after that the 2 jobs are not very good. I dont know what to do? Should I leave this job also which I have joined 3 months back?? Please help.

Well it depends on what kind of jobs they are. ANd if you are looking to get int a career when you are older? I have changed jobs alot in the past few years. I was always taught it would make a diffrence. But I am now in a really good job and my past did take a part in it. But not a whole lot. You really want to work on building some experience. If you really are not happy in the job...you might quit just because you don't want to stay in an unhappy job. If you do it will make it worse. I always changed jobs because of this or more money. You gotta do what you gotta do for you!

changing jobs often is not a good thing.because it will affect your career. Most of the employers will be looking at your past experience and they will be getting a bad idea that you will leave the current job also.Hence why to choose you than any other?.so try to be in the present job atleast for an year.you cant expect job satisfaction and recognition after joining.Hope and wait.Hardwork will always pays.
