My mylot points dont increase even when I get a reply or post a good reply.

I've noticed the same issue with my own account today. I posted two discussions yesterday that were very good and had very good response. I also made sure to post responses to the responders and I'm still seeing the same number next to my name. I wonder with the new system if this is simply a fluke and will be resolved soon. I'm looking forward to seeing if there is an answer to this question myself.

your points should increase when you respond to others discussions . when you receive responses for the started discussions , your points do not increase immeadiately . They take some time ... And some of the simple topics are being removed by Mylot staff . if we have posted in those topics , our points get decreased and we may not notice the actual increasing of the points . in case of any difficulty , pls contact Mylot administrating staff : http://www.mylot.com/o/contactus.aspx

Sometimes the point increase is delayed. I've noticed that. Don't spend all your time focusing on your points. It takes a lot of discussions and comments to make any spending money here, so you best get busy.

I would think this must be an issue Mylot is dealing with at the moment. The only answer to the problem I've seen from another poster is where people respond to discussions that are later removed from the site because they're inappropriate. I'd be interested to hear whether your points increase as a result of this discussion, and response. If not, perhaps it's time we talked to the mylot people themselves.

Yes same problem with me. I have many posts today but i am stuck on 25. Hope its a minor problem they can solve it soon.

yeah even i have noticed that!only when you are replying to discussions the ponts are increasing.but not abt the extr credit!

well that is strange do you respond to others as this is when you will notice your points going up in mylot well I get mine for both so see how many you respond to and if your points go up as this is how mine go up everyday, and so does my money you have said you have posted some topics and you rated them but I do not see where you have responded to others so probably this is where you are going wrong, try it and see.

its surprising bcz today i ve responded to so many discussions and ve started my own discussions too...but my points have not increased at all...its highly demotivating and would like to know why it is happening

Don't worry it will take 24 hours to get credit in your account.But this similar problem i also have faced once and i was upset by seeing it not get credited but after 2 days the same has been got credit in my account.

I too have noticed this. I respondes 18 times and never got credited for it till 3 days later. Maybe there are so many people joining nowe that it back up the Mylot system?

this has been happening to a lot of us, i think its part of the mylot clean up and adjustments they make when its coming up to payment time Dont worry about it its just part of the procedure, i lost 30 credit points the other night because some discussions i had answered had obviously been deleted. However my star rating also dropped to an 8 yesterday and that felt like a real kick in the teeth oh well good luck keep on posting

Frankly speaking, what I have realised is that the best approach is to make money by responding to others posts and also by posting more of images. The reason for my conclusion is that I had gone through some initial hard work of writing some very good articles. But they never got a response and have hence never earned a point for me. Instead, if I have made discussions that may have some public appeal like for some sports famous in my country of origin, i have got good responses. I do not make any vulgar and silly kind of discussions so have restricted myself to only response and nothing more. Yeah, make sure to comment to every response that you get for your post. Also rating helps!

wait for some time for about 24 hrs and check ur points will incerease.

no i've never noticed such a thing ..i feel there is some problem with ur account..u shud check it or else u contact them.....u shud always post good discussions..may be thats the problem..

Hey nebulla i dont think this is a permanent prob.I joined yesterday,Since iam a newbie i made almost 1.50 dollar first day.I dont know if i will have the same problem which your having in the future.I Hope i will make some good amount of money in the future as well.
