How do you tell if a site is a Scam or Not?

I've been on mylot for 3wks now and I've heard a lot of testimonies about this site. That they really do pay their members for their participation here. I am also trying out other sites, some of them have paid memberships and their offer sounds too good to be true. Others,may seem to be authentic and have really tempting offers and I'd like to try them out, too but my problem is how do I know that what they offer isn't a scam? How will I be able to find that out?

that's just the problem.. we really aren't sure unless someone we know won and got the prize, or we witness the prize-giving ceremony.. it's just a matter of risk-taking.. take care

Yeah, that's true. For us to be successful in this money making online, sometimes we do have to take the risks but we also have to take the words of those who have gone to those scam sites and were victimized by them. Take Care as well:)
