Ramen noodles have always been steriotyped as the staple for college student or starving artist. With all the varieties of Ramen out there now, does anyone have a suggestion for Ramen recipes? I think it would be a great way to come up with some healthy inexpensive meals. Great for the penny pinchers like myself.
I've taken the chile lime ramen and cooked the noodles, drained and added the flavor then stir fried with veggies. Share your Ramen ideas and see what we come up with.

Easiest recipe ever is just to add cooked veggies. Yum!Or, you can cook chicken (or other meat you like), slice it, and stir it into cooked ramon. I've a vegetarian, but I've done this with Fake Meat strips and it was good.
I thought I'd have more ideas but that's all I can think of right now. I'll come back if I remember others:) I'm interested to see what others reply.

I love adding sliced meat to my noodles. I've always drained mine, so I will often cook a meat on the side and slice it up. When they're done, I drain and add it to the mix. While cooking, I'll add some spices to the water such as rosemary and what not to give them a bit more flavor, and I'll drain as usual.
