How do you control your anger?

Acording to me the best way to control your anger is count numbers atleast one to twenty when you think you are getting angry on someone for something.... It is not good to get angry.... Because it is possible that a moment of anger may result in years of repenting...... Even i was short tempered before... But now i have learnt to control my anger....

When I am angry I try to keep my mouth shut. I realized that when I am angry I tend to say hurtful words that I usually regret afterwards. I try to be alone for awhile to suppress this intense feeling I am having and take deep breaths. I try to calm myself for when I am calm I can think more rational and not let my feelings get over me.
My husband often tells me that when I say something as if I am always angry. I always say words in a very defensive manner and sometimes raise my voice to get my point. I say to him that’s just the way I speak. Anyway, I said to him that whenever I get angry all you need to do to pacify me is hug me. Hugging usually works for me to melt my anger.

Most acts that people regrets very much in their lives were done when they were angry. So I make it a point to just don't do anything and say anything but just do whatever it is that I love doing like certain hobbies. Let the emotions cool off first then come back and deal with whatever it is that made me angry. Sometimes I found out that it is no longer necessary. There are times too that the problem is real but I am in a much better position to handle things more objectively. My judgement is no longer clouded by by emotions.

Controlling anger is no doubt one of the most difficult thing of the world.Those who can do it are considered to be sucessful in their life.This is because world is not as sweet as we think of it.A person has to face many bitter moment.
I control my anger By first just leaving out that place then listening to some good music cools me down.

the way i control my anger is with tunnelling method, just like when people makes tunnel on the volcanoes, to prevent devastating eruption. My tunneling way is to do some physical excercise, such as boxing, work out in the gym, and many more =)
