today consumer is the king????????

Yes, Deveopment in techonology has lead manufacturing of various items in bulk. Which has resulted easily availability of products in the market. The consumer is getting variety, they have choice of the products in the market. Monopoly over any product has completely vanished. Now the consumer decides what product to be purchased and at what price. Easily availability and in bulk quantity has made the Consumer a King in the market.

i dont think so its still longer to be king at now. i dont know why coz i seen some of service getting bad today than previous time
