I've been following the blogosphere as of late, and people seem to have mixed opinions about it.
What is your opinion on the business model that PayPerPost provides, and the people that use it?

You have to be sure you follow there blog acceptance rules. They include (I copied and pasted this from PPP):
All posts must remain up for at least 30 days.
You may post a maximum of 3 paid posts in any given day.
Paid posts may not be consecutive. Each paid post must be separated by at least one non-payperpost post.
All posts must be in English on an English Blog.
Your blog must be at least 90 days old with at least 20 pre-existing posts.
Your last regular post must have been within the past 7 days.
Content must be original. You may not post the same content on different blogs.
The other thing I they didn't mention on this list is that you can't use one of those paid blogging sites like (blogcharm). BlogCharm pays you each time someone visits your site so I guess they figure that is not really fair since they have to visit your site often to make sure you post is correct.
You also want to be sure your blog has good connent. Not just a blog for PPP.

PayPerPost is one of the many ways in which you can earn online. I would say that PayPerPost is the most exciting way of earning online, but I've also recieved money in my pocket for reading emails, completing surveys, completing free offers, playing a game, etc. Those who are interested in other methods of earning online (besudes paid per post) are encouraged to PM me for details. I would give links here but I don't want to risk going against the rules.

Again, Mommy Space has some ideas for making money online. http://mommyspace.blogspot.com/ The site has a great list of legitimate surveys, ideas for freelance writing, paid blogging, and the occasional job leads for people wanting to work from home.

Payperpost is great but you shouldn't limit yourself to just one site. My site at http://www.blogsire.com/myblog/ lists several other sites you can join.

I've just joined and am waiting to receive my first payments they do pay a lot of money for what you have to do and the system is easy to use.
I don't know what people problem is with people wanting to make money from their blogs, we do put in a huge amount of effort why not get some financial rewards for it?

i think paytopost is quite hard to use and doesnt really have a step by step instruction for beginners like me.
