It really depends on what you do. One of my startegies has been to not put all of my eggs in one basket. I have money trickling in from a variety of sources each month. This fits well with my personality too, because I have a short attention span and cannot do too much of the same thing for toolonhg ofa time. But that way if I don't do as well with one venture in a given month, I still get money from several other sources.
It's a pretty meager living right now, but I also live in a high cost of living area due to custody arrangements. Once I am free to move I will be able to go to an area with a lower cost of living but suffer no loss in income.

It is primarily art related. I sell artwork online, both originals and through Cafepress. I also have a deal with art-o-mat where I make small artworks to be sold from vending machines and I recieve checks from them as they are sold. I do an occasional tattoo design, or sell limited rights for artwork to be used on notecards and such for orgs.
In addition to the art I also hunt thrift stores for vintage items and resell them at a mark-up, as well as participating in a few sites such as this one. None of these things alone would be enough to support me, but together they add up.

I don't work from home. I am just doing mylot, payposter and just started to try Duno.. But i know some people on here that really have a real job.. Taking call from home.. and working on the computer i have applied for some of these i have had no luck.. but i will keep trying.. Good luck to you hope you find something..

I don't earn much from home, some friends can earn much money from their sites, but i am lack of knowledge of website construstion,i ran my own sites, with low traffic .:(
