Wae the name change from mysore to mysoore or whatever it is a necessity. Mysere and B'loer are toorist spots making the names to what they are makes it difficult for outsiders to pronounce. i just feel it was an attempt to pasify some sections of the society and god alone knows which. My home town is Travendram. Years back they changed the name to thiruvananthapuram . now the size or the name is itself enough to comfuse u .And most people still use the old name.
