A woman boss or a man boss...which do you prefer?

I have worked in different companies before and experienced different kind of boss. I have worked with woman and man boss. And base on my experiences, I like the man boss, maybe because of there coolness. Woman boss sometimes take their job seriouly, so they tend to be strict. This is just base on my experiences but of course it may differ on the kind of person. How about you guys? which would you prefer for a boss?

im having an ojt right now in one company here in the philippines..
our boss is a she, and i find her good..
so for now, ill prefer woman boss..
cause they are also mothers, and they have that motherly treatment to some of their employees..
i just don't know cause in our case, it is like that.. maybe because we are just students[and not getting paid], that is why we are treated fairly in here..

For woman, Male boss is attractive.
For Men, Female boss is attractive.

i like man boss they are less quiet and less demanding than a woman

I prefer male for a boss, I find most times not all times but most that woman in a higher position are on such a power trip and really there is no need for it at all.......
