Daily increasing traffic blocks and accidents

Traffic accidents - Two expatriates were burnt to death when their car caught fire after a collision on Al Wasal Road (UAE) on friday evening.

yes, I hope every where having this problem, not only one city whole over the word, so tell me how we can resolve it??? and how we can controll population of vehicles????Then how we can controll the accidents also???
