gods or cats?

i prefer gods...or dogs, maybe...

I love animals. Over the years I have had both dogs and cats. Both dogs and cats will return the love that you give to them, but having a cat is easier because you do not have to give a cat a bath like you would a dog. All a cat needs is a litter box, food ,water, and a lot of love. It is nice to start a day seeing the face of a cat that loves you and wants to be with you.

God would be better LOL. I prefer dogs as they are easier for a child to play with and don't scratch the child as much as cats. I have a bumper sticker that show a picture of a dog and says " For Dogs sake back off" and it's not a typo !!!

I thought cats are gods... At least the ancient Egyptians thought so.

I prefer dogs. I like the way the play with here owner and that they are very listener.

I think for a three year old a hamster or bunny would be better. They are easier to take care of but you can still cuddle with them.

And now to answer to your question I think that a dog will be better for your friends kid. I personally have a very very cute dog, and he makes my life better. tell her to buy a puppy for her daughter.. first dogs are man's best friend, meaning their very friendly and harmless to humans especially young kids.. cat can usually be harmful to kids because of its fur i guess.. it causes allergy.. correct me if im wrong..

The two pets are good but I preffered to buy a puppy instead of cat because the cat is hard to manipulate, it can heart your 3 years old daughter.. but in puppy it can easy to manipulate, all u need to do is to feed it with milk, you can teach your daughter to feed it and when the puppy is already getting old, it can follow you whenever you want to do.

i prefer a dog to a cat b'coz a dog can mingle with the members of family quite well than a cat.even a cat can but it takes some time n also not so effective as dog....i say it out of experience

I like both but all the cats I know run from three year olds. I think a puppy is a better choice because it will tolerate play better. But you have to be careful on what breed you pick. Some dogs are good with kids and some aren't. I have a yellow lab/rot that will tolerate my three year old grandson quite well. he sits on him and steps on him and the dog has never bitten him. But the child needs to learn respect for the animal too. Now cats are easier to take care of but are less playful.
