Worl domination - I this possible today?

To dominate over countries has been done in the past. Countries invading other countries for their gold, land or natural resources but a total world domination has not yet been achieved.
What's your point of view? Can one country dominate all of the other countries making it as one? Or do you feel that one country is slowly trying to dominate?

I don't think it is possible to dominate the world. If it is happen maybe there will another world war. As many country now has a great military and have a great weapon. So it isn't possible to dominate over countries. Unless one country has a weapon which was the greatest than other country in the world. Nowadays i think there are a country which slowly want to dominate over the world. They have done many things in other country in the world like meddle other countries domestic problems. I hope they will be stopped.

If a super weapon is found than maybe yes. However my dream is to see the whole world live in peace and all wars in the world cease. But I guess its only a dream.
