For me, I think McDonalds are the most fattening fast food chain around. The least should be subway. It's normal to hear people say how much weight they gained since eating McDonalds frequently. One thing I think about subway is the food they provide are more healthy. I even heard and read of people reducing their weight by pounds eating subway.

I have to agree with you that in terms of fast food selling burgers, McDonalds is the most fattening but yet overall you can beat KFC to be the most unhealthiest fast food ever! Think of the chicken, it's all deep fried and the mashed potatoes. Do you know that the gravy is made from leftover chicken essense from the deep frying?

Eat sensibly is the key word here. Both foods can be just as fattening thus its what your put in your mouth that matters. However, one can't discount the fact that red meat generally are more fattening versus white meat such as chicken or fish.

For me it is McDonalds. Simply because in the Philippines, McDonalds is alot cheaper than Burger King. We have to be practical nowadays considering the condition of our economy. Plus, you can find McDonalds almost at every corner of all main roads. Since I was a kid, I am so used to the taste and service they are giving me. That's why I come to love it all these years.
So whenever I crave for something on their menu, its not so hard for me to satisfy my craving because they've made it easier for customers to reach them. I feel sorry for those who prefer Burger King more. If they suddenly want something from there, it wouldn't be that easy for them to buy and satisfy their appetite, unlike if you prefer McDonalds more.
