Using Myspace to launch your career

I know Cassie of "You and Me" fame is one of those who've used the power of this site to launch her singing career. What about you --- who among you are using this site to "launch" your respective careers? How do you maximize this site for your advantage?

Yeah its a good tool to get your music out there and theres seems to be a lot of people doing it. All you need to do is just offer your songs for download i would have thought and let the viewers judge whether you are good or not.

I agree, a lot of unsigned bands and artists are currently using Myspace. Of course the advantage I think is that the site offers huge storage space and those helpful "play/download" boxes
