do they make clothes for short people

I don't like to shop for new clothes(especially jeans) because I can never find any that fit me in the length and I hate to hem jeans, it just doesn't look right to me. I wear shorts and capris through the summer but like my jeans in the winter time.

i've got to ask, male or female?
i woman should know this. petites are clothing for a shorter person, women actually. they usually are for women no taller than 5'3".
go look in jc penney's, or any finer department store.

How small?
I'm 5ft2 and I find most of my jeans drag along the floor, it's terrible and annoying!

hey thank you all for your answers, haven't been around in a while. And yes I'm 5'1 and all the petites i find are still too long

I would say so, but they probably limit you to choices and varity.
