Should married women work outside the home when they have children and their husband supports the family financially?

I don't think it's good or bad, but their bussiness. Who is to say it's bad? I worked for awhile, my kids came with me, it was a pre-school. I had another job where they stayed with Grandma. I will say, I do think it's wrong for either parent to put work before their children but that really pertains to giving them attention when they are with them or not spending any time with them. But as far as the woman working, again, I don't think it's my place to judge that.

I say to each their own. Personally, I'm a woman that feels like I have to work, to me, having a outside job gives me a sense of independency and a feel for socializing with others. I believe if a woman wants to work outside the home when they have children should be her choice if she wants to work outside or stay at home.

if you mean that mens who take care about the family in home and wife go for work ? i don't think so it is a good idea ! but the woman can do this if it needed for them ..because the man can work hard ans can't take care about the family .. i think womans can't work hard as the man .. but she is good in house working and childs care
